Ongoing partnership

For people and teams who want us around beyond a single conversation, diagnosis, or project.

The difference between these isn't how much you “get.” It's how closely we're working alongside you — how often we're in it, how much context we carry, and how much you have to re-explain. Pick the one that matches how present you'd actually want us to be.

Occasional

Foundations

A steady place to check in when something needs attention.

  • A conversation each quarter
  • Email in between, whenever something comes up
  • Enough context kept that you're not starting over each time

Ongoing

Growth

In it with you month to month, not only when something breaks.

  • A monthly rhythm, plus whatever comes up between
  • Hands-on work on the things we talk about
  • Close enough to notice what you haven't mentioned yet
  • You hear back quickly

Embedded

Partner

Close enough that you stop briefing us.

  • A dedicated, continuous engagement
  • We watch the infrastructure so you don't have to remember to
  • In-scope requests just get handled
  • No re-explaining the context every time

Who this is for

People and teams who keep running into the same kind of thing and would rather not start from scratch each time — explaining the history, re-establishing the context, waiting for someone to get up to speed. Ongoing partnership is mostly about that: we already know where things stand, so you can start in the middle.

If what you have is one specific question or one piece of work, you probably don't need this. Everything we offer is laid out in one place, and a single conversation is a perfectly good way to start.

Not sure which one?

That's normal, and it's not really a decision you have to make up front. Tell us what's going on and we'll work out how close makes sense.
