Coaching
Sometimes you keep circling the same thing. Sometimes you know something needs to change but can't name what. Coaching with Two Anchors is a thoughtful place to think and move — not therapy, not a fixed program.
You might bring something like…
“I keep circling the same decision.”
You can see several paths and can't tell which one is actually yours.
“I know something needs to change.”
You just can't name what yet.
“Work is bleeding into everything else.”
The problem isn't neatly professional or personal anymore.
“We keep having the same conversation.”
Something in the pattern isn't moving.
“I know what I should do. I'm not doing it.”
Knowing and moving aren't always the same problem.
“Everything technically works. I still feel stuck.”
Nothing is obviously broken, but something isn't fitting.
Who you're working with
Sessions led by Hags draw on Cultivating Play — a framework he developed for noticing what a situation may need and turning insight into something you can actually try, choose, cultivate, or steward.
When you're working with both of us, you get two readings of the same situation instead of one. Hags follows the structure — what the system is actually doing, where the constraints and incentives sit, what would have to be true for a different outcome. Kita follows what sits underneath it — the patterns that keep recurring, what's in tension, what the situation might be asking for. Most things worth working on turn out to need both.
Either way: curiosity before prescription, and a willingness to look at the whole situation rather than only the part that fits neatly into a session. You don't have to sort it first — bring what you're carrying and we'll work out together what it actually is. More about us.
