Terms of Service

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using two-anchors.com.

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Two Anchors LLC (“Two Anchors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website at two-anchors.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope: Website Only

These Terms cover your use of the Site itself. They do not create a consulting, coaching, advisory, or professional-services relationship. Any engagement to provide services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by Two Anchors and the client; if there is a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through the contact form.
  • Send spam, chain messages, advertising, or other unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems, or to probe, scan, or test their vulnerability.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or launching denial-of-service attacks.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site except for legitimate search-engine indexing, or circumvent any measure we use to limit access.
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content except as permitted below.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, layout, logos, and the “Two Anchors” name — are owned by Two Anchors LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own personal or internal business evaluation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice with enough detail to identify the work and the material at issue to contact@twoanchorsllc.com, and we will respond as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Your Submissions

When you send us a message through the contact form, you grant us permission to use the contents of that message to respond to you and to evaluate a potential engagement. Please do not send confidential information or unsolicited business ideas, proposals, or materials; any such material you send is provided on a non-confidential basis, and we are free to use ideas of that kind without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you submit.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase, Google reCAPTCHA, and PostHog) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control these services or sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Informational Content; No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not business, financial, legal, tax, mental-health, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation. Any action you take based on Site content is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Anchors LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Two Anchors LLC and its members, officers, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@twoanchorsllc.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Two Anchors regarding the Site.
