Coaching

A place to untangle what's keeping you stuck.

Sometimes you need a different perspective. Sometimes you need someone to ask the question you haven't considered. Sometimes you just need room to think without having to defend, explain, or solve everything.

Not therapy, and not a fixed program: a conversation that follows what you bring.

People usually come at a big life transition and need someone to hold the whole field with them, track patterns, and reflect back what they keep repeating. The work is building the map within yourself, your own cosmology, so you can navigate your life by it.

Align to purpose. Close the gap. Make the leap.

You might bring something like…

  • “I keep circling the same decision.”

You can see several paths and can't tell which one is actually yours.

  • “I know something needs to change.”

You just can't name what yet.

  • “Work is bleeding into everything else.”

The problem isn't neatly professional or personal anymore.

  • “We keep having the same conversation.”

Something in the pattern isn't moving.

  • “I know what I should do. I'm not doing it.”

Knowing and moving aren't always the same problem.

  • “Everything technically works. I still feel stuck.”

Nothing is obviously broken, but something isn't fitting.

Who you're working with

Sessions draw on frameworks we’ve each developed. Hags brings Cultivating Play, for noticing what a situation may need and turning insight into something you can actually try, choose, cultivate, or steward. Kita brings The Atomic Compass, a tool to find perspective between seemingly two opposing tensions.

When you're working with both of us, you get two readings of the same situation instead of one.

What a conversation looks like

  1. You bring what's going on, as messy as it is.

  2. We reflect back the patterns and what keeps repeating, from one angle or two.

  3. You leave with a clearer picture and something you can actually try.

Not sure it's a fit? Tell us what's going on and we'll say so.
